Investigating sources of funding and capital structures
The courses on this topic investigate sources of funding of companies and the capital structure of corporations. You learn more about the actions that managers take to increase the value of the firm to the shareholders, such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings etc. The course also provides insight into the tools and analyses used to allocate financial resources.

Advanced Corporate Finance and Valuation
In the first part of this course you get an advanced treatment of corporate valuation methodology. In the second part of the course, you will review capital structure and payout policy.

M&A and Restructuring
You will gain a rigorous working knowledge of key issues in corporate finance. You learn more on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity offerings as well as behavioural finance.

You will learn to apply conceptual aspects of financial accounting and reporting to the financial statements of real-world companies.
