During the 2-day masterclass Creating Valuable Business Partnerships you will use your business context as a live case. You will build a concrete plan for your partnerships by answering fundamental questions: where are we today? Where do we want to be? And how do we get there?

For whom?

Business professionals involved in building partnerships with clients, customers, or suppliers. Typical participants have job profiles related to sales, procurement, key account management (KAM), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or participate in preparation for a senior commercial management position. This masterclass is specifically suitable for people that have participated in the masterclass Business Negotiation, or plan to do so in the future.
