For whom?
Business professionals involved in building partnerships with clients, customers, or suppliers. Typical participants have job profiles related to sales, procurement, key account management (KAM), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or participate in preparation for a senior commercial management position. This masterclass is specifically suitable for people that have participated in the masterclass Business Negotiation, or plan to do so in the future.
