In the masterclass Creating Valuable Business Partnerships, you will learn practical methods that will help you to:

For whom?
For all business professionals that participate in building partnerships with clients, customers, or suppliers. Typical participants have job profiles related to sales, procurement, key account management (KAM), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or participate in preparation for a senior commercial management position. This masterclass is specifically suitable for people that have participated in the masterclass Business Negotiation, or plan to do so in the future.

Teaching staff
Morten Lindhorst has negotiated countless large deals and created successful partnerships with customers and suppliers. Since 2010, while earning his Ph.D. in complex business negotiations, Morten has worked for Vestas Wind Systems as VP of Global Commercial Transformation. At Vestas, he, among other things, was responsible for the design and adoption of KAM principles to harvest new business opportunities while meeting the increased professionalism and consolidations of customers.
